  • Security deposit to rent: $200


The Atrium can be rented at varying rates based on rental duration.

  • Rental Rate: $55.00 per hour

Renters may include the Demonstration Kitchen, known as the "demo space" for an additional fee:​

  • Rental Rate: $20.00 per hour


Features and Functions:

  • The Atrium serves as a central gathering space and is suitable for hosting a range of events.

  • It provides an open and well-lit environment, making it an inviting space for guests.

  • The Atrium is characterized by its unique architectural design, creating an engaging backdrop for events.

  • During non-marketplace hours, the Atrium is available for rental.


Rental Inclusions:

  • The rental rate covers the use of the Atrium for the specified duration.

  • The space may be furnished with round tables and chairs to accommodate guests.

  • Depending on the event's needs, the Atrium can be set up to create the desired atmosphere.


Additional Features:

  • The option to combine the Atrium with the demonstration kitchen is available. This may require that the user of the kitchen be ServSafe certified.

  • Security services can be added to the rental, with fees based on the duration of the event.

Rental FAQ

May we set up early for our event?

  • There is a $150.00 day before/early set up fee based upon space rental availability.


Are security deposits refundable or transferable?

  • Security deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable per cancellation of event. Once the event has been completed and the space has been inspected following rules and regulations, please allow up to 30 business days for return of deposit.

Are there any restrictions on event activities?

  • Activities must be listed and approved by SVRC Marketplace in advance. Certain activities may not be allowed.

Do I need insurance for my event?

  • Yes, you need comprehensive general commercial liability insurance covering your event's use of the venue. Provide proof of insurance before the event.

How long does the rental period last?

  • The rental period includes setup, decorating, tear down, and cleaning. Specific rental rates apply for different spaces and time durations.

Are discounts available for specific renters?

  • Non-profit organizations, SVRC Marketplace tenants, and employees of SVRC Industries receive a 30% discount on rental fees.

Can I bring in outside catering and alcohol?

  • You can bring in outside food catering, but alcohol must be provided by The Boardroom, an SVRC Industries-owned business.

How are kitchen facilities rented?

  • Kitchen facilities are available for rent with various pricing options based on rental duration.

Do you provide linens, plates, silverware, etc?

  • Linens, Silverware, Plates or other table items must be rented from an outside source.


Can I modify the venue's appearance?

  • Any modifications or decorations require prior consent from SVRC Marketplace.

When is payment due?

  • Payment must be made no later than 48 hours before the event date.

How can I cancel my event reservation?

  • The security deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable upon event cancellation. Refund of the security deposit after the event is subject to compliance with rules and regulations.

Is smoking or marijuana allowed on the premises?

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas; marijuana is not allowed on the premises.
