"We’re proud to welcome all visitors to the SVRC Marketplace, a vibrant community hub where local flavor, culture, and creativity come together. Our facility is fully ADA accessible, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the Marketplace with ease and comfort.

Accessible entrances are located at the Historic Lobby Entrance on Federal Street and at the Water Street entrance, which includes elevator access to the main level. Wheelchairs and Amigos are also available for guest use which are located in the Historic Lobby area.

DIRECTIONS
By Car - Head southeast on M-46 E/W Genesee Ave toward S Hamilton St. Turn right onto S Washington Ave. Your destination, 203 S Washington Ave, Saginaw, MI 48607, will be on the left.

By Public Transit - Take the Bus Route 7 towards Downtown Saginaw. Get off at the Bancroft Apartments, and you'll reach 203 S Washington Ave, Saginaw, MI 48607, one block south.

By Walking - If you're nearby, you can easily walk to 203 S Washington Ave, Saginaw, MI 48607. Head south on S Washington Ave, and the destination will be on your right, just past E Court St.

Parking - There are several parking options available. You can park in the public parking lot on Water St, just a short walk from 203 S Washington Ave. Additionally, there's street parking available on S Washington Ave itself.
